Wellbeing, to me, isn't the absence of difficulty. It's knowing that when life is hard, you have the capacity to meet it with courage and compassion. That you can sit with uncertainty without being undone by it. That you know how to support yourself through what you can't control.
Many of us were never taught how to do that. We didn't learn the skills to navigate life's harder moments, and we weren't shown how to treat ourselves with care when we're struggling. That's not a personal failing. It's a gap, and it's one that can be addressed.
I work with teens and adults navigating a wide range of concerns, including grief and loss, trauma, intimate partner violence, chronic illness and pain, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and life stress. I also work with families who want to strengthen their communication and relationships.

I am a registered psychologist serving clients across Alberta. I am currently available for online and phone sessions Wednesdays to Sundays. In-person sessions are available Saturdays and Sundays.
